Room Rates: Room rates assume single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast and complimentary use of common areas at The Attwood House.  Please provide any food restrictions you have at time of reservation.

Reserving: A valid credit card at the time of the reservation is required.  Cash or credit card payments accepted.

Cancellation Policy: As a small property, cancellations affect us greatly. In the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel any part of your reservation, notice of 7 days or greater is required for a full refund. Guests will be responsible for all charges as originally booked if changes or cancellations are received less than seven days of the stated arrival. The cancellation policy for group events or full house reservation require a 30 day cancellation notice for a full refund.

Check-In/Check Out Times: Check-in after 3 p.m. and Check-out prior to 11 a.m. If you know that you will be arriving after 8 pm., please call to make arrangements for a late check-in. Early check-ins may be considered with advanced notice.

Smoking:  There is no smoking allowed inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside at designated areas.

Children: Although guests with young children are welcome, The Attwood House caters primarily to couples, sporting individuals, families with older children and individuals looking for a respite from the hectic pace of today’s world. Specific guestrooms are better suited for a 3rd person in a room. The Attwood House does not have high chairs, portable cribs or a regular children’s menu. Rates are based on single or double occupancy.  There is a $20 fee per person per night for any additional person in any guestroom.

Pets: No pets are allowed.  The resident dog doesn't want any competition.
